ProjectObjectives
With this project we want to do our best to work against climate change. Our partnership is experienced in quality assurance of educational offers and has an influence in the (digital adult) education sector with an award with 30 years of tradition.
We want to use this influence to ensure quality in the treatment of the topic of sustainability in adult education and to transfer this motivation to as many teachers and learners in adult education as possible.
We research sustainability in order to become competent in this topic. We are looking for educational programmes in adult education that deal with sustainability in order to evaluate them and award them for their quality. We organise a competition with an award ceremony and a conference where good examples of sustainability in adult education are presented and discussed. We travel less than in previous projects and create a digital platform.

We are introducing a sustainability award, which will be awarded within the framework of a conference on sustainability in/and adult education, which is also being newly introduced. For quality assurance, criteria will be developed to evaluate educational offers that apply for the award. Both events are supported by a digital platform, which is also being developed
in the project. With the knowledge gained about sustainability, we are also developing a course about it.
